Hillary is saying that she has been encouraging those working for her at the time to cooperate fully with the authorities, which is most likely the only true statement that has come out of her mouth about the email situation because she needs a patsy to take the fall for her. Someone to throw themselves on that pit of sharp spears so she can put all this behind her and get on with her trek toward what she thinks is her birthright to become the first female president of the United States.
