It must be nice to be able to walk around with your rose colored glasses and see the world as some utopia free of any crime or violence… That’s what Obama made it sound like today when he spoke in defense of his policies after last nights acceptance speech by Donald Trump.
I sacrificed a couple of hours of my time last night and listened to Trump speak at the close of the Republican National Convention. I watched it on C-SPAN, which pretty much stayed with the convention and let the speakers message be heard… When it was over I switched the television over to NBC, which is what I watch in the morning before going to work. I shouldn’t have been surprised by the comments on Trump’s speech that were being delivered at a ferocious pace by the liberal hacks that fill the Today Show cast. Things like how dark and gloomy he painted our current situation. How he basically has adopted Bernie Sanders free collage platform with the exception that he isn’t saying how he will pay for it… I almost thought that they must have been listening to some other speech, but then I realized that it’s their job as the public arm of the Democratic Party to hammer us with negatives on any opposition to Hillary.
Funny how if you have an open mind and actually listen for yourself that you hear something totally different. What I heard was a man who is passionate about saving this country from the government too bloated to help itself. I did hear him say that our young people need help so they don’t graduate from collage drowning in debt… Some how I must have missed that part where he said ‘Free Collage’ for everyone… oh yeah, he didn’t say that. The liberal hacks put those words into his mouth along with the idea that he has no idea how to pay for anything he is proposing.
Funny how the liberal hacks failed to hear Trump say during his first 100 days each government department would be given the task of finding waste and abuse of government funds, which would be cut from the budget. That alone will most likely cut half of our deficit. Trump also has a plan to make our economy grow which history has proven is the only way to grow revenues. The liberal thinking of over taxing the rich has and never will work.
It’s going to be interesting to see how the attitude and coverage changes as soon as the lame stream media arrives at the Democrat National Convention next week.
