When is a socialist not a socialist; apparently when you’re a liberal democrat running for the Presidential nomination in 2020. All of them talk a lot about the government takeover of our healthcare, Medicaid for all (even those in the country illegally.) They want the government to provide a free education to everyone (again it doesn’t matter if you’re a citizen or not.) They want to guarantee everyone a living wage income… even if you’re unwilling to work. They talk like a socialist, they walk the walk of a socialist, but refuse to embrace the label of a socialist.
The list of freebees being offered up by these socialists hiding behind the label of progressive seems to be endless as they jockey for votes amongst that portion of the population that has been brainwashed into believing that it’s all obtainable if we only raise taxes on the rich.
The promise for making your pursuit of happiness a guaranteed function of government is just the latest attempt by the extreme left leaning politicians to buy their way into power.
